Land Use & Zoning

The Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) is enforced through a Zoning Ordinance, classifying land (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).

The CLUP is the LGU’s long-term land use blueprint; the Zoning Ordinance is its legal enforcement tool.
